Refunds will not be granted if you have been banned or have violated the terms of use or server rules. Additionally, if we determine that you are abusing the refund policy, you may not be eligible for a refund.

However, you may qualify for a refund under the following circumstances: if you have purchased cash and have not played the game for more than 6 hours within 7 days of purchase, and have not purchased any items.
